Welcome to A Watchful Eye LV

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services provided by A Watchful Eye LV (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

A Watchful Eye LV provides home checking services while the owners are away. Our services are designed to give you peace of mind and alert you to anything that needs to be addressed while you are away from your home.

Methods of Payment

Payment for services must be made at least two days prior to the first day of service. Acceptable methods of payment include: cash, Zelle, Cash App, and PayPal.

Cancellation/Refunds

The Service Agreement can be cancelled with a full refund if done at least two days prior to the start of the service period. No refunds can be made if the Service Agreement is cancelled after that time. Extreme circumstances can be considered for long-term Service Agreements only. Long-term is considered to be for two weeks or more. Related notifications must be made in writing and received by A Watchful Eye LV two days before the requested change in the service period end date. Only unused portion of the service agreement will be refunded.

Referrals

If someone is referred and receives a service A Watchful Eye LV will pay the person making the referral a $25 referral fee.

Use of Services

By using our services, you agree to the following:

• You will provide accurate and complete information about your property and any pets.

• You will give A Watchful Eye LV access to your property while you are away.

• You will not hold A Watchful Eye LV responsible for any damages or losses that occur during the service period, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Limitation of Liability

A Watchful Eye LV will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any damages, losses, and causes of action will not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
